The cheapest? well, that's easy. the Chai's house guest house on Soi Rongmai. You can take the ferry to Tha Phra Athit to get there and you'll only have to pay 100 B a night. This is if you have nothing against sharing a bathroom. Or don't come home later than 1 AM at night, cause there's a curfew
