First of all, it has air conditioning. Secondly, it charges kust 300 B a night. it's called the Shanti Lodge and is on Th Si Ayuthaya, in the Thewet district. The only drawback might be the thin bamboo walls. You can take either bus no `503 or the ferry to get there
