The only hotel I know of near the new Suvarnabhumi airport is a new-built Novotel, but it's really expensive, at 4880 Baht for the cheapest room. There aren't any flights operating from Don Muang airport anymore so if you want a hotel near the airport that's the only option for now. You'd be way better off taking a taxi into town and finding a more reasonable priced hotel.
