Almost everywhere. Rice noodles is on the menu of almost any restaurant or bistro in BAngkok, but if you wanna have the best then go to the Kuay Tiaw Mae restaurant on Th Phra Athit. I never had better noodles in my life :) They served it in lemon grass sauce. Delicious
