Of course there is :) It's called Silpakorn University and is Thailand's first art university. Many contemporary Thai artists come from here so to say, and the place is even worth visiting. There's an art gallery there too. The place is on Th Na Phra Lan, and you can take the ferry to Tha Chang to get there
