Oh, you might want to see the so called "democracy monument" in Bangkok, in the Banglamphu district. It's an Art Deco style monument built in 1932 and is one of the landmarks of the city. It is located on Th Din So, and to get there you can take the ferry to the Tha Phra Athit.
