Provided you have the insurance to cover it, you can go to the Bumrundgrad Hospital on Th Sukhumnvit. It's one of the best in town, and they can offer almost anything in terms of medical service. Another tourist option would be the Bangkok Adventist Mission on on Th Phitsanulok. or the Bangkok Christian hospital on Th Silom
