Thai House cooking school in Bangkok

One of the reasons I went to Thailand was to learn a little bit about the art of Thai food from a genuine Thai chef. I didn't have very much time (I also wanted to visit the temples in Bangkok and head for Chiang Mai) so I took a 3-day course at Thai House thinking that I would learn the basics and then train myself more when I get home. To my surprise when I completed the 3-day course I was able to cook an entire dinner menu all by myself! I learnt how to combine all the spices, vegetables and fruits with meat and also how to prepare my all-time favourites curry chicken and stir-fried prawns. Visiting the local market and shopping for fresh ingredients from the villagers was an exhilarating experience. I don't remember the exact address but I have their email: pip_thaihouse@hotmail.com.
