The Monsoon is perfect for a quiet candle lit dinner with the one you love. I went there with my boyfriend last year - the dishes can be quite expensive, the seafood platter we ordered went up to 350Baht but the incredible interior decorations and laid-back atmosphere makes it all worth while. The theme is early century Thailand. After dinner we headed for the bar and had a few drinks. The bartender was so cute, he offered me a special "Hua Hin Lover" cocktail on the house! The restaurant is on Naresdamri Road as far as I remember.
