Zazen Boutique Resort and Spa in Koh Samui

Zazen is a small boutique hotel at Bo Phut beach, away from the noise and crowds of Chaweng beach. Stay at one of the bungalows by the beach, the view from the window is stunning. They're smaller than the garden villa rooms, but more intimate (I was there on my honeymoon). Bungalows have air conditioning and even DVD players (although I didn't use the one in my room, with so many things to see and do on the island). Also try a Thai massage at one of the pavilions and then relax by the pond on the comfortable day beds. There's a swimming pool onsite if you want to cool down and the restaurant had great food. We paid for the bungalow 5000Baht, on the expensive side but worth the money.
