During my stay in Krabi I asked around at the travel agencies on the island and the conclusion was that tours including Phi Phi were the most popular. I chose not to go to Phi Phi and opted for a 4-island trip to some of the less popular locations (I didn't want to ruin my experience by sharing it with a bunch of noisy tourists) and it turned out to be right choice for me. There was only one couple with me on the boat and they were very into each other and didn't pay much attention to me. I visited 4 Kohs, I don't remember the names but I know one was called Paradise island because it was a popular location for underwater weddings. I had the beaches almost to myself and the scenery was breathtaking, no man in sight. We went snorkeling in 2 islands but the best corals were on the last island.
The agency I booked with was Lanta Princess tour, I asked for their name in case I should return but I think you can book anywhere in Krabi, it costs the same (600Baht) and the tour is standard.
