Touch Villa at Patong beach

If you want to stay near Patong beach it's going to cost you, Patong is the most expensive place to stay in whole Phuket. It's true, it's also the most popular beach on the island, although I think it's kind of overrated. Anyway, one of my friends stayed at Touch Villa on Ratuthit road for 2 nights last year and he said it was the cheapest place he could find in Patong. It's more of a hostel than a true guesthouse but at least you get a private bathroom with hot water and air conditioning if you opt for the double rooms without fan. My friend paid 400Baht for one of those room, but it was in low-season (I don't know how much it is in high season).
