Safari Pub and Disco at Patong Beach

I had a great time at the Safari disco, it's very relaxed, everybody is welcomed, I saw a lot of tourists there but also locals from Phuket town coming to party on a Saturday night. No cover charge, that's a plus, and if you're staying at the Meridien like I was it's the perfect spot for a night out. It's actually on the main road leaving Patong towards the Meridien, in a location very close to the jungle. The interior and exterior decor follows the same jungle theme, with statues of jungle men guarding the entrance and a lovely pond outside. The party starts around midnight and goes on until early morning. The night I was there the DJ played a very good selection of house music.
