Try the windsurfing, the view from up there is incredible, the blue water as far as you can see on one side and the island on the other side. It's safe, I mean my instructor went through all the steps with me and I was a beginner, never tried it before. For 15 minutes up in the air I paid 1000Baht, lesson included. The guy I went with had a small shop on the beach but I guess if you're staying at a hotel on the beach the equipment and the price gets even better.
