I know at least two places where you can do just that. They're the cheapest on the island but their equipment is top notch. The first is called Sea Cave Canoe and is on Th Chumphon. The other one is the Andaman Sea Kayak and you can book equipment through the tourism agencies. Might even wanna have a look at their website www. andamanseakayak.com
